Topics
covered:
From PTSD (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder = Post-traumatic Stress Disorder) and
consequent alcoholism of my father in an attempt to live with his trauma to my
somatizations since childhood caused by having to live in a sick environment,
my experience in search of identity and personal redemption up to professional
success also and above all through my passions: Writing, Health, and Wellness.
The importance of approaching any health condition, and everything else, always
from a holistic perspective. That helps
to consider the Human Being from all points of view - physical, psychic,
mental, and spiritual - regardless of the type of therapy one will decide to follow,
be it conventional or holistic.
Menopause should be experienced as a moment of total Regeneration and profound
Metamorphosis: an invitation to all women to face it with serenity, trust, and
a constructive attitude.
I
intend my participation in this new program, as I hope it will also be the case
for all our friends who will watch this video as an encouragement. I see it as an encouragement to those who
have lived or are living similar experiences and seem not to find their way out
of it, not to give up. On the contrary,
they should use Art (or any other passion they might have) as a therapeutic
tool, thus undertaking a path of personal and spiritual growth and development
to find their way and place in the World.
