Geomancy Open Group L’Auberson (VD) 25.08.2018

Introduction

In our December 2017 (https://holistic-coaching-dedonato.blogspot.com/2017/12/geomancy-open-group-report-20th-21st.html)   and July 2018 (https://holistic-coaching-dedonato.blogspot.com/2018/07/open-geomancy-group-morobbia-valley-ti.html) articles we had the chance to give a look at the amazing work of a Geomantic Open Group whose members periodically meets in Switzerland and participate in excursions in the alpine region.  Through their rituals, they try to purify and heal the Earth from the negative or even just stagnant energies so that Chi/Qi or Cosmic Energy may freely flow again as it is supposed to.  No need to say that having a healthy environment rich of positive energy is greatly beneficial to the health of all living beings along with all that is.

As we have mentioned in the past, during the ritual some remedies/essences are used.  In this article, therefore, we will start by clarifying a few aspects and terms of the procedure not everyone might be familiar with.

As we have probably read in our previous reports, during each ritual, some natural, highly diluted and potentized (“dynamized” in Homeopathy) solutions were used.  These solutions are natural remedies that both Herbalism and Homeopathy employ.  Although many people might erroneously believe that these two holistic methods are the same, this happens not to be the case.  However, and for the time being, rather than dwelling on the explanation about all similarities and all differences that characterize each of them, we will be focusing only on a few aspects, that is, on the concepts of dilution and potentization (or dynamization) which are, in fact, common to both of them.

We want to start by saying that as holistic methodologies, both Homeopathy and Herbalism are based on the theory of vitalism, that is, the understanding and belief that all living beings are animated by a vital principle, also called Life Force, which is basically the very energy that keeps all living beings ‘alive.’  Since it is the quantity, the quality and the state of the Life Force present in any living being at any given time that determines the state of health, as well as the possibility of maintaining and/or restoring it, all herbal and homeopathic remedies are intended to help the Life Force to stay as healthy as possible.  Since the Life Force is energy, hence something that vibrates at a much higher frequency than everything that is material, thus including our bodies, through the process of dilution (or high dilution) and potentization/dynamization the remedies, from whatever source, are highly diluted (in homeopathy, for instance, this might be performed by using 90% alcohol and 10% water) and vigorously shaken at any step of the dilution (in homeopathy, in case of soluble substances, this is also known as “succussion”).

In so doing it is believed that at each passage/dilution, followed by a consequent dynamization/potentization/succession, each remedy gets energized due to the fact that the medicinal properties contained in each natural substance in its raw state become awakened and their consequent healing powers are activated.  This is also equal to say that the more diluted, the stronger the remedy, hence the more powerful its effect.  Having said that, the dilution D52 is much more powerful, hence effective, than D28, as well as a homeopathic remedy labeled Ch 200 is much stronger than those labeled Ch 6, Ch 9, or even Ch 30.

The selection of natural resources and the consequent preparation of herbal and homeopathic remedies are quite fascinating as well as complex and will most likely be the object of a future article.

I hope you will enjoy the following report and be intrigued by the wonderful connection that we all have with Mother Nature and our breathtaking Planet.

Report
(written by Sandy Stewart)

We meet again to work on our project: our goal is to draw energy lines in all eight cardinal directions, starting from the center of gravity of Switzerland up to the state border.  To the north (Koblenz, AG), south (Binntal, VS), southeast (Valle Morobbia, TI) and northwest (Ederswiler/Pleigne, JU) we are directed this time towards west to L'Auberson (VD).

Our meeting place is a parking lot at the entrance of L'Auberson.  The participants are as follows: Petra Züger, Michael Walthert, Christoph Luginbühl, Sandy Stewart, Ursula and Stephan Meyer, Andrea and Daniel Kormann, Sonja Schreiber, Nadine Constantin and Nathalie Erard.  From there we drive towards Col de L'Aiguillon to a forest road branch, where we park.  The sky is gray, and it is raining.  The temperature drop is striking, and we are all happy about the warm jackets we took with us.  A short walk (about 300 m/984 ft) and we are already at the border between Switzerland and France.  An approximately 50 cm (about 20 inches) high, overgrown moss stone wall marks the border and a “No Trespassing” sign warns that the access there is forbidden.  It is not a natural limit – an imaginary line separates two countries.  All of a sudden World War II comes back to my mind: how many people might have tried to cross that line – a line that could mean either life or death for them, and how many were actually able to make it through?  It is really strange, how in some places the borders were drawn.

Boundary wall to the south.       Boundary wall to the north.

And in between the open passage, though marked with a “No Trespassing” sign.

It is a beautiful forest with a good energy – somewhat overgrown with many stumps, ferns and mushrooms.  The trees must have been felled some time ago because they are covered by dense moss.  We walk just a few steps along the border to the north and discover the perfect place: about eight stumps of once mighty trees form a circle and, in the midst of them, there is another tree stump resembling an altar.  The energy here is fantastic.  We can literally feel that these trees are not dead at all, but rather linked to one another through their roots, which have young trees in their midst and all communicate with each other.  The wisdom of the age and the dynamism of the youth it is shown here through a beautiful harmony.

It is still raining, but the young trees form a roof with their leaves, which protects us to a large extent.  After looking at the place and feeling [the energy], we prepare ourselves for the ritual.

Ritual

As always, valuable ideas flow in from all participants, so that we end up with a powerful ritual.  First, we set up all the utensils on the tree stump altar: two butterfly candles, two stones from the Älggi alp and the potentized healing water from the Älggi alp.  We are already at D52 potency.  Andrea Kormann has filled the D52 solution in a small and in a large bottle.  To address multiple levels of consciousness, she has poured the unused portions of D1-D51 into a small and a large bottle.  In addition, a piece of bark is added  on the altar, which we found on the way here and decorated with gifts of nature: a stone, red and green leaves, a piece of wood, mushrooms and a pine cone.  The whole thing is completed with lavender we brought from home.

As a reminder to anyone who does not remember or who is reading a report for the first time: Daniel Kormann grinded a stone from the Älggi alp, which he had found together with Andrea under the fir trees just below the symbolic center of gravity.  Andrea added the powder to 40% alcohol and put it in the sun.  Then she energized the first mixture.  This means: 1 part of stone mixture and 9 parts of 25% alcohol are poured into a bottle and shaken well.  The bottle is beaten 28 times on the hand or on a cushion. That gives D1. Then 1 part of D1 and 9 parts of 25% alcohol are mixed, shaken and beaten.  That gives D2.  Andrea continued until she had D52.

The tree stump altar and the immediately adjacent tree form the anchor point.  Today we are eleven persons, seven women and four men.  We form a circle and integrate the tree as a twelfth living being.  We regard the tree as a female being and so there are always two women among the four men.  Christoph is once again in a very good mood.

We connect with the Earth and the Universe as well as with all present forms of energy and beings.  Then we connect to the Älggi alp as well as to all the places that we have already visited in the context of this project.  At each connection step, the energy becomes more powerful.  Lastly, we draw the energy from the Älggi alp to this point, to the western border.  We let the energy flow for a while and then put the two small vials with D52 or D1-51 in a hole in front of the altar.  There are also five stones from St. Peter's Island symbolizing the five elements.  We place the two stones of the Älggi alp on the left and on the right of the hole, leaning against the tree stump and about half-buried in the ground.  The decorated bark is left at the top of the altar because it feels just right so.

We form a circle again.  Subsequently, one person always leaves his place, walking around the outside of the circle until she/he is standing opposite the altar, so that she/he can walk from the front to the altar.  As first step, we distribute the contents of the large bottle with D52 at the anchorage point.  In the second round, we repeat the same procedure with the D1-D51 bottle, except that some of us leave the circle and sprinkle the other tree stumps with the liquid.  Petra and Christoph complete the ritual by successively impregnating the anchor point with the quintessence drops Pallas Athena (Beauty & Creativity) and Lady Nada (Love that knows no bounds).  During the ritual, it stops raining, the sun breaks through and a light breeze blows around us.  Nature seems to thank us!

We say goodbye to this place and thank all those who supported us during the ritual.

On the way back, Ursula places two moss lichens, which she drizzled during the ritual with the potentized healing water, to the two stone pillars of the border crossing.

Not far from the anchor point, we come across this interesting place:

Someone has used strong branches to extend the roots of the tree stump and, over time, moss has overgrown the whole thing – which is something both interesting and beautiful.  The mood is reminiscent of a magic forest from one of the fairy tales.

We walk back to our cars.  Due to the wet and cold weather, we change the original program and drive to Lake Neuchâtel at Yverdon-les-Bains.  After a picnic outside and a warm-up drink in a restaurant, we sit down to the shore and discuss the next meeting that will take us to South Tyrol.  The next limit point is definitely not as easy to reach as today's!

Andrea asks if we might be interested in meeting with Thomas Rava about the energy quality of the year 2019 from the point of view of I Ching.  Since there is great interest, she will try to organize such an event in the Zoom Room Video in January.  At the beginning of the January meeting, Andrea will show everyone interested in how the process of potentiation proceeds.

Stephan brings the Einsiedeln Abbey as our possible next project.  We will discuss this in more detail at our next meeting and define the 2019 annual plan.

We had a great day – felt a lot, but also laughed a lot.

Offene Geomantie Gruppe L’Auberson (VD) 25.08.2018

sogennante "dynamisierte" in Homöopathie) Lösungen verwendet.

Open Geomancy Group Morobbia Valley (TI) 27-28.04.2017 Report - The Adventure Goes On…

Maria Teresa De Donato. PhD
Traditional Naturopath, Homeopath, Life Strategist, Author

The Adventure Goes On…

As December 2017 article I prepared the Report of the Open Group of Geomancy and their excursion to the Binn Valley on October 20 and 21. As already mentioned on that occasion, this is a group of volunteers who meet periodically to make excursions with the sole intent of helping Mother Earth to heal herself.  The evil that the human being has perpetrated against the planet Earth especially in recent decades is indescribable and in many cases, it seems that we have reached a point of no return.

The Earth, however, if we help her, has the ability to recover. While each of us can participate in this process through personal choices related to lifestyles, products to buy and to use or not, and respect for the environment, our group of friends do it by operating on specific energy flows that each environment and every area of the Earth emanate.

The discourse related to energy forces and flows is a feature that unites, in fact, albeit in a different way, all the holistic methods including Homeopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chakras and the Theory of Yin and Yang, the Kundalini Energy, Feng Shui, and Geomancy. And these are just some examples that can help us to have a better idea of how and to which areas - environment and health in the first place - the concept of energy and energy flows can be applied.

Geomancy specifically, as understood and applied by the friends of this wonderful and very active group, aims, through periodic excursions, at ensuring that all the participants are attuned to the energies of the specific places they are visiting, and through a process of total osmosis with Nature, they absorb or at least identify the type of energies present in those areas, and, by means of rituals based on intentions and specific visualizations, purify the negative ones, also removing the stagnant ones in such a way as to allow the Cosmic Energy Chi/Qi/Prana/Cosmic Breath of the Universe to resume flowing smoothly, dynamically and positively in harmony with its very nature and purpose.

That being said, I wish you all to enjoy the reading of this wonderful adventure along with all of us.

Open Geomancy Group

Morobbia Valley (TI) 27-28.04.2017 Report

After the winter break, we continue with our project, energy lines from the center of gravity of Switzerland in the eight cardinal directions to the state border.  This time we will be heading to the southeast to the Morobbia Valley in (Canton) Ticino.

It is an inhabited, narrow side valley in Ticino, which is accessible from Bellinzona.  We pass Vellano and Carena and drive as far as we as the road allows us to.  Shortly after the last houses a barrier blocks the onward journey, which means that from now on we will need to continue our journey on foot. Through a beautiful beech forest we climb up to the Giumello Alp.  The path is steep and because of the snowy winter we soon cross the first snowfields.  At first it's just snow, but it does not take long that we find ourselves in the middle of a misty snowy landscape, sinking our knees in deep snow. That's not how you imagine Switzerland, that is "the sun terrace" of the world!

Some two hours later we reach the alp and here the snow shows us our limits: here it reaches our waist

level.  From here reaching the border of Bochetta of Albano and from there the summit of  Bochetta of

Albano and from there the summit of  Mottone of Giumello (m.2027 above sea level) is simply

impossible. Bottom line: plan change.

We need to find a suitable place to anchor the energy center of the heart center.

A look around quickly shows that the alp is not suitable.  While climbing, Christoph sees a snow-free

field with large trees just before the Alp and makes the suggestion to follow that path.  But before we

leave, let's have a picnic break.

Ritual

Some 3 minutes below the Alp we find the place we have been looking for: four
trees form a unit and next to it are two more trees.  We are all drawn to the four
trees where we feel we are, indeed, in the right place.

As always, valuable ideas flow in from all participants, so that at the end a
powerful ritual takes place. This time we notice a special point between the
trees, it is like the heart center of a group of trees.  At this point we arrange all
utensils: three stones from the Älggi alp, incense sticks, holy wood, beautiful
moss lichen and pine cones collected along the way and of course the potentized
healing water from the Älggi alp itself.  We are already at the D28 potency.
Andrea has filled a small and a large bottle with the D28 solution.  To address
multiple levels of consciousness, she has poured the unused portions of D1-D27
into a small and a large bottle. The small bottles are buried and the contents of the
big bottles are distributed at the anchor point of the energy line.

As a reminder to anyone who does not know anything or who is reading a report
for the first time: Daniel Kormann grinded a stone from the Älggi alp, which he
had found together with Andrea under the fir trees just below the symbolic center
of gravity.  Andrea added to the powder 40% of alcohol and exposed it to the sun.
This first mixture got energized then.  This means: 1 part of stone mixture and 9
parts of 25% alcohol are poured into a bottle and shaken well.  Afterwards, the
bottle is hit 28 times with the hand or against a cushion.  That provides D1.  Then
1 part of D1 and 9 parts of 25% alcohol are mixed, shaken and hit again.  That
provides D2.  Andrea continued until she obtained D28 potency.

I would like to explain briefly why there are three stones this time.  The stones
from the Älggi alp are in my garden, next to the Yin-Yang sign.  Every time we
need to select two stones for the next geomancy meeting, I let myself guide which
stones are the right ones by using the pendulum.  This time it clearly showed me two
stones as well as a heart shaped third one.  There is a lot of hatred towards Europe
from the south-east, so that the heart shaped stone is still very much needed here.

The heart shaped stone is placed in the southeast direction.
Today we are nine people, five women and four men.  We form a circle around the
heart center and each of us turns in one direction, alternating men and women so
that it feels right for everyone.  Four women are each in the main sky, a woman is
placed in the middle.

Christoph starts with an introduction.  We connect to Älggi alp and pull the energy
from there to here, to the border in the southeast.  I stand in the middle of the circle with a southeast view and feel how the energy flows here and really pushes me forward.  The energy lines we draw for our project seem to get stronger every time we work on it.  I really have to push back so I do not tip over.  After a while I let the force lead me to the southeast and go to Michael, who marks the direction southeast.  I give him five drops of Aura-Soma "Lady Nada = boundless love" on his palms.  Moving clockwise, I then go to one person after the other and repeat this process.  Thus, the flow of energy is reinforced again and impregnated with the information "infinite love".  Nathalie ignites an incense stick first in the center and then of all women in the main celestial directions.  Soon a soft scent of sandalwood envelops us.  The fog starts to dissipate little by little and pale sunbeams hit "our" anchoring point.  What a nice signal!  Next, I use a sack knife to swoop sacred wood onto the anchorage point and then, to allow the yin transformation to strengthen the earth, I pass the sack knife and sacred wood on to all participants.
Then we put the stones, the moss lichen, pine cones and the two small bottles with D28 in an already existing hole next to us and splash each one in turn the D28 at the anchor point.  All the while, Nathalie mumbles a mantra, and Michael repeats a mantra several times.
While Stephan, Michael, Daniel and Christoph line up in the four main celestial directions, we women (Petra, Nathalie, Nadine, Sonja and me) take the big bottle of D1-D27 and walk together to the four trees of the anchorage point.  There we distribute the potentiated water.  Lastly, we go to two trees that are slightly out of the way, symbolizing for us the land beyond the border, and spray the rest of the water there.  Although borders are important, we want to symbolize that our work does not end at the border, but also radiates further.  Borders should not be understood as a separation but as a mutual respect for being different.

Excursion to Carena to the former hammer mill

After a homy breakfast in the simple but lovingly decorated Osteria in Vellano
we drive to Carena.  Andrea and Julian, who yesterday pursued their own
program, are also part of the game today.
In Carena are the ruins of a former smithy.  Here in the second half of the
fifteenth century and in the period between 1700 and 1800 iron was mined
and processed.  In addition to the blast furnace and the hammer mill, the plant
included lodgings, coal warehouses, forge ovens and ore processing facilities.

The hammer mill is part of the themed route "Via del Ferro" (Iron Way), which leads to former sites of the iron and mining industry and dominated the area of the upper Morobbia Valley.  On the way there are other impressive testimonies to discover from that time: the mysterious mines and the Schau-Kohlenmeiler.  At this historic place, we agree to a perception.  It is always fascinating to find that the perceptions are different, and yet they fit together perfectly and give a holistic picture.
Here are the most important findings summarized:

Stephan

Hard work was done here and inhumane conditions prevailed.  The iron removal occurs to me like mosquito bites in the earth.  But these are well scarred, because it is not a problem to exploit the earth if you do it by hand and with the necessary respect.  Therefore, no negative or heavy energy is felt here, it is a very idyllic place.  Today most people work differently, without respect.  These scars that we are now bringing to Earth are much worse.  We should strive for one-off benefits, give and take should be in balance.

Julian

He puts a stone in our midst, which stores all the information we now exchange with each other.   He then takes this stone home.

The work to be done here could only be managed jointly.  Everyone was
dependent on each other.  However, even when one is dependent on each
other, it is important that personal freedom is upheld.

I felt a light and good energy and a lot of gratitude for what we were doing.

Here, iron was mined, which was subsequently exported, thus linking the
small valley with the world.  Iron as a connection to the outside.  Iron is also
ambiguous for me: on the one hand, it was used for innovations, on the other
hand for swords. We are here in the southeast, the root chakra.
Here we can dock particularly well with the energy and pass on this power
as well.

I feel how hard work was done here, away from everything.  In this place,
I am particularly aware that we are here only thanks to our ancestors.
That we only have everything thanks to our ancestors.  I feel a great
gratitude to all that has been done before us.

A powerful, very crooked tree at the end of the site caught my attention.
It looked like a transition.  I really sat down there.  I felt very secure and
could still see everything.

Although it is a ruin, the ruin still lives on.  On another level, as a story,
as a reminder of our ancestors and of their achievements.  Thus, the ruin
still fulfills an important function and thus continues to be allowed to do so.

I got into the energy of rushing, exploiting, ever higher performance,
more and more production pressure.  It is important that we respect all
destinies.  Because it is only thanks to the achievements of all fates that
we are today where we are.

I felt the connection of the Älggi alp in this valley and how the river
carries this energy through the Ticino.  This is especially important as the
inhabitants of Ticino always feel a bit disconnected from Switzerland.
Thanks to this project, we are rooting with the earth, with Switzerland in
a very special way.  The connection from the heart of Switzerland to the
national borders is getting stronger every time.  If we have moved the
energy lines in all eight directions to the border, it is crucial that we go
back to the Älggi alp and perform there the final ritual of this project.
So we go back to the origin and close the energy cycle.
