In "Ocean of Senses", passionate intertwining

 

A beautiful story that Maria Teresa De Donato tells us in "Ocean of Senses" which, as the title well describes, represents for Claudia, the protagonist, an expanse on which not only intrinsic passions, exuberant flames of attraction from which gushes limpid an unlimited love, but even if marginally, melancholy, sadness, and disappointment find a place. All this, enclosed in a riot of parallel feelings: now colored with magic; now filled with melancholy despair.

In an Italy in turmoil between the two conflicts, and under the influence of historical events, the cause of a continuous reshaping of the policies adopted on the sidelines of which even the freedom of the Italian community in Libya – albeit in part – is forced to absorb the inconvenience, Claudia finds a love that reveals itself in all its splendor. A love that she ardently desires to nurture and that she considers infinite and engaging.

In the flowering of her youth, she truly appreciate the Libyan land in which she lives. She breathes her nature, typical of a territory with a Mediterranean flavor that she soon falls in love with and in which she encounters a future steeped in events and circumstances not always converging towards serene happiness. Claudia, however, never loses the courage to go on with her life, nor does she break down but is able to withstand the test of reality that at a certain point shows itself plain and unvarnished. Instead, she continues her journey without overly suffering the ups and downs of an existence that is sometimes not grateful, even though at times it will also appear rich and fascinating.

She learns first hand which face hides her disappointment and pain in her existence when unfortunate events change her natural path. It remains to cling to the value of the family, to that of love and faith, with the latter highlighting her respect for a moral principle, which is followed by a natural inclination towards a laudable sense of peace: both with others and with the entire world.

A story that tells of how the human being is sometimes the victim of unexpected dynamics that are difficult to understand and interpret, but also the absolute ruler of his/her own future through his/her own decisions that fate can only partially change.

Claudia is also a woman of our time; a woman who draws strength, courage, and experience from the efforts of endurance and hope. She expresses intense passion and gives precious shelters to each heart to show her warmth. Claudia does not get lost in the tunnels of uncertainty and not even among those shining with false deceptive atmospheres.

Una bella storia quella che Maria Teresa De Donato ci racconta in "Oceano di Sensi" che, come ben descrive il titolo, rappresenta per Claudia, la protagonista, una distesa sulla quale trovano posto non solo intrinseche passioni, esuberanti fiammate di attrazione dalle quali sgorga limpido un amore illimitato, ma anche seppur marginalmente, malinconia, tristezza e delusione. Il tutto, racchiuso in un tripudio di sentimenti paralleli: ora colorati di magia; ora colmi di malinconico sconforto.

In un’Italia in fermento tra i due conflitti, e sotto l’influsso di eventi storici, causa di un continuo rimodellamento delle politiche adottate a margine delle quali anche la libertà della comunità italiana in Libia – seppur in parte - è costretta ad assorbirne i disagi, Claudia trova un amore che si rivela in tutto il suo splendore. Un amore che desidera nutrire ardentemente e che lei stessa considera infinito e coinvolgente.

Nel fiorire della sua giovinezza, impara ad adorare la terra libica nella quale vive. Respira la sua natura, tipica di un territorio dal sapore mediterraneo di cui ben presto si innamora e nella quale incontra un futuro intriso di eventi e circostanze non sempre convergenti verso una felicità serena. Ma Claudia non perde mai il coraggio di continuare a vivere, né si abbatte nel cruento scontro con la verità che a un certo punto le si mostra cruda. Continua invece il suo cammino senza patire oltremisura le intemperie di un’esistenza a volte non riconoscente, ancorché apparirà comunque a tratti anche ricca e affascinante.

Impara sulla propria pelle quale volto nasconda la delusione e il dolore nella sua esistenza, quando sono gli infausti eventi a modificarne il cammino naturale. Resta aggrappata al valore della famiglia, a quello dell’amore e a quello della fede, quando con questo termine si vuol accedere anche al rispetto di un principio morale, cui fa seguire una naturale inclinazione verso un senso lodevole di pace: sia con gli altri, che con il mondo intero.

Una storia che racconta di come l’essere umano sia vittima a volte di inaspettate dinamiche difficili da capire e interpretare, ma anche sovrano assoluto del proprio futuro attraverso le proprie decisioni che la sorte, potrà permettersi di modificare solo in parte.

Claudia è una donna anche del nostro tempo, una donna che dalle fatiche della sopportazione e dalla speranza trae vigore, coraggio ed esperienza. Esprime intensa passione e dona preziosi rifugi per ogni cuore le mostri calore. Claudia, non si perde dentro i cunicoli dell’incertezza e forse, neanche tra quelli fulgenti di false ingannevoli atmosfere.

Eine schöne Geschichte, die uns Maria Teresa De Donato in "Ozean der Sinne" erzählt, die, wie der Titel schon sagt, für Claudia, die Protagonistin, eine Weite darstellt, auf der nicht nur intrinsische Leidenschaften ihren Platz finden, sondern überbordende Flammen der Anziehung, aus denen klar eine grenzenlose Liebe, aber wenn auch am Rande, Melancholie, Traurigkeit und Enttäuschung sprudeln. All dies, eingeschlossen in einen Aufruhr paralleler Gefühle: jetzt von Magie gefärbt; jetzt voller melancholischer Verzweiflung.

In einem Italien im Umbruch zwischen den beiden Konflikten und unter dem Einfluss historischer Ereignisse, die zu einer ständigen Umgestaltung der Politik führen, an deren Rand auch die Freiheit der italienischen Gemeinschaft in Libyen – wenn auch teilweise – gezwungen ist, die Unannehmlichkeiten zu absorbieren, findet Claudia eine Liebe, die sich in all ihrer Pracht offenbart. Eine Liebe, die sie sehnsüchtig zu pflegen wünscht und die sie selbst für unendlich und einnehmend hält.

In ihrer Blütezeit lernt sie das libysche Land, in dem sie lebt, zu verehren. Sie atmet seine Natur, typisch für ein Gebiet mit mediterranem Flair, in das sie sich bald verliebt und in das sie eine Zukunft voller Ereignisse und Umstände trifft, die nicht immer dem heiteren Glück entgegenlaufen. Doch Claudia verliert nie den Mut, weiterzuleben, noch bricht sie im blutigen Kampf mit der Wahrheit zusammen, die sich ihr an einem gewissen Punkt roh zeigt. Stattdessen setzt sie ihre Reise fort, ohne das schlechte Wetter eines manchmal nicht dankbaren Daseins übermäßig zu erleiden, obwohl es manchmal auch reich und faszinierend erscheinen wird.

Sie persönlich erfährt, welches Gesicht die Enttäuschung und den Schmerz in ihrer Existenz verbirgt, wenn die unglücklichen Ereignisse ihren natürlichen Weg ändern. Sie bleibt am Wert der Familie, der Liebe und des Glaubens hängen, wenn man mit diesem Begriff auch auf die Achtung eines moralischen Prinzips zurückgreifen will, dem eine natürliche Neigung zu einem lobenswerten Friedensgefühl folgt: beides mit anderen, als auch mit der ganzen Welt.

Eine Geschichte, die davon erzählt, wie der Mensch manchmal Opfer unerwarteter Dynamiken ist, die schwer zu verstehen und zu interpretieren sind, aber auch der absolute Herrscher seiner eigenen Zukunft durch eigene Entscheidungen, die das Schicksal nur teilweise ändern kann.

Claudia ist auch eine Frau unserer Zeit, eine Frau, die Kraft, Mut und Erfahrung aus dem Bemühen um Ausdauer und Hoffnung schöpft. Sie drückt intensive Leidenschaft aus und gibt jedem Herzen wertvolle Zuflucht, um ihm Wärme zu zeigen. Claudia, verliert sich nicht in den Tunneln der Unsicherheit und vielleicht nicht einmal unter denen, die mit falschen trügerischen Atmosphären glänzen.

Ocean of Senses is a story of love and strength, told from the point of view of a courageous and sensitive woman, born in the 1940s in Tripoli, Libya, a former Italian colony. The pages of this novel effectively describe a time that was of emigration and hope for our families in search of a future. In this fascinating country with warm and mellow colors, Claudia grows up, finding her dimension in the beauty of the places, between lush date palms and the white sand of the coast, lapped by the Mediterranean Sea, sometimes beaten by the Ghibli, the sirocco wind that blows from the hinterland, spreading scents and suggestions. This country, which her grandparents reached after leaving Sicily, the land of their forefathers, seeps profoundly inside of her, shaping her generous, extroverted, passionate, and at the same time romantic personality. Later life and some disappointments will lead her to dilute her spontaneous ways, but deep inside Claudia will always remain a strong and resourceful woman, never losing her sweetness and hope in the future.

The subsequent historical events, the 1969 coup d’état with the seizure of power by Colonel Gaddafi, changed the fate of her family, bringing Claudia to Perugia, in Umbria. Here is her chance for a new life, love, even the physical and sensual one, the fullness of her existence. Ocean of Senses is the story of a life lived to its fullest, where spirit and matter are joined and in love they find their answer. As the title states, life is an ocean that overwhelms, with its emotions, a gush of sensations and feelings and true love has in itself a strong physical connotation, of a union of bodies, as well as of souls. According to the author, life must be lived in harmony, without sparing oneself, as Claudia will do, despite the pain, abandonment, and suffering. A book that makes us love life, which opens us to hope and trust in the future. A must-read!

 Oceano di Sensi è una storia d'amore e di forza, raccontata dal punto di vista di una donna. Una donna coraggiosa e sensibile, nata negli anni '40 in Libia, a Tripoli, già colonia italiana. Le pagine del romanzo descrivono efficacemente un tempo che fu di emigrazione e speranza per le nostre famiglie in cerca di futuro. In questo Paese affascinante dai colori caldi e pastosi, Claudia cresce, ritrovando la sua dimensione nella bellezza dei luoghi, tra lussureggianti palme da dattero e la sabbia bianca della costa, lambita dal Mediterraneo, a volte battuta dal Ghibli, il vento scirocco che soffia dall'entroterra, spargendo profumi e suggestioni. Questo Paese, che i suoi nonni avevano raggiunto lasciando la Sicilia dei loro padri, le entra dentro, in modo profondo, formando la sua personalità, generosa ed estroversa, passionale e al tempo stesso romantica. Poi la vita e le delusioni la porteranno a stemperare i suoi modi spontanei, ma dentro di sé Claudia rimarrà una donna forte e piena di risorse, senza perdere mai la dolcezza e la speranza nel domani.

Le vicende storiche successive, il colpo di stato del 1969 con l'assunzione del potere da parte del colonnello Gheddafi, cambiano le sorti della sua famiglia, portando Claudia a Perugia, in Umbria. Qui la sua seconda vita, l'amore, anche fisico e sensuale, la pienezza dell'esistenza. Oceano di Sensi è il racconto di una vita vissuta a tutto tondo, dove spirito e materia si incontrano e trovano risposta nell'amore. Come recita il titolo, la vita è un Oceano che travolge, con le sue emozioni, uno sgorgare di sensazioni e sentimenti e l'amore vero ha in sé una forte connotazione fisica, di unione di corpi, oltre che di anime. La vita, secondo l'autrice, va vissuta in armonia, senza risparmiarsi, come farà Claudia, nonostante il dolore, l'abbandono e la sofferenza. Ocean of Senses (Ozean der Sinne) ist eine Geschichte von Liebe und Stärke, erzählt aus der Sicht einer Frau. Eine mutige und sensible Frau, geboren in den 1940er Jahren in Libyen, in Tripolis, ehemals italienische Kolonie. Die Seiten des Romans beschreiben wirkungsvoll eine Zeit der Auswanderung und Hoffnung für unsere Familien auf der Suche nach einer Zukunft. In diesem faszinierenden Land mit warmen und sanften Farben wächst Claudia auf und findet ihre Dimension in der Schönheit der Orte, zwischen üppigen Dattelpalmen und dem weißen Sand der Küste, umspült vom Mittelmeer, manchmal geschlagen vom Ghibli, dem Schirokkowind die aus dem Hinterland weht, Düfte und Anregungen verbreitet. Dieses Land, das ihre Großeltern erreicht hatten, als sie das Sizilien ihrer Väter verließen, dringt tief ein und formt ihre Persönlichkeit, großzügig und extrovertiert, leidenschaftlich und romantisch zugleich. Wie der Titel sagt, ist das Leben ein Ozean, der mit seinen Emotionen, einem Schwall von Empfindungen und Gefühlen überwältigt, und wahre Liebe in sich eine starke physische Konnotation,  die Vereinigung von Körpern und Seelen, hat. Laut der Autorin muss das Leben in Harmonie gelebt werden, ohne sich selbst zu schonen, wie es Claudia trotz des Schmerzes, der Verlassenheit und des Leidens tun wird. Ein Buch, das uns dazu bringt, das Leben zu lieben, das sich für Hoffnung und Vertrauen ins Morgen öffnet. Ein absolutes Muß!

A compelling novel with strong psychological and pedagogical insight, A Family Downfall - A memoir intended to teach fascinates the reader from start to finish, projecting him into the behavioral dynamics that occur within a family unit, and making him feel involved.

The book is full of interesting themes and aspects that embrace the entire sphere of human life. The novel begins, in fact, with a detailed description of what was for many years the imposing three-story house in which the author lived, with its magnificent garden and the lion statues that adorned it. All this testifies to the achievement of the high social status of a couple of Spanish emigrants who, despite coming from humble families, manage to make their way, with perseverance, determination, and even at the cost of hard sacrifices, and achieve 'the American dream', guaranteeing, at least for many years, great prosperity, and economic-financial well-being for their family.

Despite evident material wealth, problems, however, afflict the family. In addition to the difficulties related to learning a foreign language and the consequent integration into a new culture and social organization, the major problems are to be found, paradoxically, precisely within human limits, sometimes difficult to identify and overcome, which often originate from the very parents. Despite, in fact, the noble values ​​that regulate their lives and despite the laudable intention of raising their children in the best possible way, giving them all that they themselves have never had, they assume drastic attitudes which, without realizing it, will lead to failure when not to catastrophe.

Stubbornness and perfectionism, on the one hand; an overprotective attitude characterized by unjustified fears that will subsequently lead to real anguish, on the other hand; projecting one's own desires, unfulfilled expectations, onto one’s children; and setting goals which are as unattainable as they are undesired for their children, depriving them of the opportunity to grow spontaneously, to choose their own path, to have their own experiences and also to run the risk of failing, but also of getting up, of resuming walking and learning valuable life lessons at the same time.

These dynamics within the family unit manifest themselves from the beginning and, having the family members no awareness of them, they persist over the years, increasing the level of the dysfunctionality of the family members as well as of their relationships, and causing problems, such as drug and alcohol addictions, that not only worsen over time, but reach the point of no return and, in some cases, lead to disaster.

Anger, frustration, discomfort, anguish, pain, helplessness, and resentment are all feelings that are expressed in this context and that Josie Magie herself felt.

Endowed with great intellectual acumen, despite the emotional involvement she underwent, having experienced in first person the events described and having paid a high price for them somatizing through her own emotional sufferings, the author demonstrates great analytical ability in the detailed description of the emergence, the manifestation and the development of certain behavioral dynamics, but also of mental and psychological ones, which she seems to have observed and understood from an early age.

Despite the poignant nature of the novel, it is imbued with a feeling of deep family love that will never fade and with a subtle melancholy due to Josie's awareness of the great potential that existed in every family member and that, unfortunately, for one reason or another, not all of them were able to identify, to express and to fulfill in life.

The subtitle, A Memoir Intended to Teach is, therefore, mainly an invitation that the author extends to the readers - parents, and children - so that her own experience and consequent suffering can serve as an inspiring cautionary warning and life lesson to avoid making certain mistakes and triggering certain unhealthy and disastrous dynamics, and rather to live a life worth living and in full harmony with one's nature, one's needs, and one's potential.

A very beautiful and at the same time poignant novel that I recommend to everyone.

Romanzo avvincente dalle forti tinte psicologiche e pedagogiche, A Family Downfall appassiona il lettore dall’inizio alla fine, proiettandolo nelle dinamiche comportamentali che si manifestano all’interno di un nucleo familiare e rendendolo partecipe.

 

Il libro è ricco di tematiche ed aspetti interessanti che, di fatto, abbracciano l’intera sfera del vivere umano.  Il romanzo inizia, infatti, con una minuziosa descrizione di quella che è stata per tanti anni l’imponente casa a tre livelli in cui è vissuta l’autrice, con il suo magnifico giardino e le statue leonine che lo adornavano. Il tutto testimonia il raggiungimento di uno stato sociale elevato di una coppia di emigrati spagnoli che, pur provenendo da umili famiglie, riesce, con costanza, determinazione ed anche a costo di duri sacrifici, a farsi strada e a realizzare ‘il sogno americano’ garantendo, almeno per molti anni, grande prosperità e benessere economico-finanziario alla propria famiglia.

 

Nonostante l’evidente ricchezza materiale, i problemi, tuttavia, non mancano.  Oltre alle difficoltà legate all’apprendimento di una lingua straniera e alla conseguente integrazione in una nuova cultura ed organizzazione sociale, i problemi maggiori sono da ricercarsi, paradossalmente, proprio nei limiti umani, a volte difficili da identificare e superare, che spesso hanno origine dagli stessi genitori.  Malgrado, infatti, i nobili valori che regolano la loro vita e nonostante la lodevole intenzione di crescere i figli nel miglior modo possibile, dando loro tutto ciò essi stessi non hanno mai avuto, essi assumono atteggiamenti drastici che, senza che se ne rendano conto, porteranno al fallimento quando non alla catastrofe.  

 

Ostinazione e perfezionismo, da un lato; un atteggiamento iperprotettivo caratterizzato da paure anche ingiustificate che successivamente sfoceranno in vere e proprie angosce, dall’altro; il proiettare sui figli propri desideri, aspettative irrealizzate; e il porre loro traguardi tanto irraggiungibili quanto indesiderati, privano i figli della possibilità di crescere in modo spontaneo, di scegliere la propria strada, di fare le proprie esperienze ed anche di correre il rischio sì di fallire, ma anche di rialzarsi, di riprendere il cammino ed imparare al tempo stesso preziose lezioni di vita.  

 

Tali dinamiche all’interno del nucleo familiare, che si manifestano sin dall’inizio, mancando i soggetti di consapevolezza al riguardo, vengono preservate negli anni aumentando il livello di disfunzionalità degli individui, così come delle loro relazioni, e causando problemi che, come le dipendenze da farmaci e dall’alcol, non solo peggiorano nel tempo, ma che raggiungono il punto di non ritorno e, in alcuni casi, approdano al disastro.

 

Rabbia, frustrazione, disagio, angoscia, dolore, senso di impotenza e risentimento sono tutti sentimenti che vengono espressi in questo contesto e che la stessa Josie Magie ha provato.

 

Dotata di grande acume intellettuale, malgrado il coinvolgimento emotivo cui è stata sottoposta avendo vissuto in prima persona gli eventi descritti ed avendone pagato lei stessa un alto prezzo somatizzando attraverso le proprie sofferenze emotive, l’autrice dimostra una grande capacità analitica nel descrivere dettagliatamente il sorgere, manifestarsi e progredire di certe dinamiche comportamentali, ma anche mentali e psicologiche, che sembra aver osservato e compreso sin dalla più tenera età.

 

Malgrado la natura struggente del romanzo, quest’ultimo è permeato di un sentimento di profondo amore per la propria famiglia che non verrà mai meno e di una sottile malinconia dovuta alla consapevolezza di Josie del grande potenziale che era in tutti e che, purtroppo, non tutti sono stati in grado – per una ragione o per l’altra – di identificare, esprimere e realizzare nella propria vita.

 

Il sottotitolo A Memoir Intended to Teach (= Un libro di memorie per insegnare) è, quindi, principalmente un invito che l’autrice estende ai lettori – genitori e figli – affinché la propria esperienza e conseguente sofferenza possano fungere da esempio ammonitore e lezione di vita cui ispirarsi per evitare di commettere certi errori e dar vita a certe dinamiche, malate e fallimentari, e piuttosto vivere una vita degna di essere vissuta ed in piena armonia con la propria natura, i propri bisogni ed il proprio potenziale. 

 

Un romanzo molto bello ed al tempo stesso struggente che consiglio a tutti.

Ein fesselnder Roman mit starken psychologischen und pädagogischen Einsichten, Ein Familienuntergang – Eine Memoiren, die lehren soll, fasziniert von Anfang bis Ende den Leser, projiziert ihn in die Verhaltensdynamiken, die innerhalb einer Familieneinheit auftreten, und lässt ihn sich involviert fühlen.

Das Buch ist voll von interessanten Themen und Aspekten, die eigentlich den gesamten Bereich des menschlichen Lebens umfassen. Tatsächlich beginnt der Roman mit einer detaillierten Beschreibung des über viele Jahre imposanten dreistöckigen Hauses, in dem die Autorin lebte, mit seinem herrlichen Garten und den Löwenstatuen, die es schmückten. All dies zeugt von der Erlangung eines hohen sozialen Status einiger spanischer Emigranten, die es, obwohl sie aus bescheidenen Familien stammen, mit Ausdauer, Entschlossenheit und sogar unter harten Opfern schaffen, den "Amerikaner Traum" zu erreichen, die ihrer Familie zumindest für viele Jahre großen Wohlstand und wirtschaftlich-finanzielles Wohlergehen garantiert.

Trotz des offensichtlichen materiellen Reichtums mangelt es jedoch nicht an Problemen. Neben den Schwierigkeiten beim Erlernen einer Fremdsprache und der daraus resultierenden Integration in eine neue Kultur und soziale Organisation liegen die Hauptprobleme paradoxerweise gerade in den manchmal schwer zu erkennenden und zu überwindenden menschlichen Grenzen, die oft aus gleichen Eltern kommen. Trotz der edlen Werte, die ihr Leben bestimmen, und trotz der lobenswerten Absicht, ihre Kinder bestmöglich zu erziehen und ihnen alles zu geben, was sie selbst nie hatten, nehmen sie drastische Einstellungen an, die sie, ohne es zu merken, wird zum Scheitern führen, wenn es keine Katastrophe ist.

Sturheit und Perfektionismus einerseits; andererseits eine überfürsorgliche Haltung, die von ungerechtfertigten Ängsten gekennzeichnet ist, die später zu echten Qualen führen werden; die eigenen Wünsche, unerfüllten Erwartungen auf die eigenen Kinder zu projizieren; und sich Ziele zu setzen, die für ihre Kinder ebenso unerreichbar wie unerwünscht sind, ihnen die Möglichkeit nehmen, spontan zu wachsen, ihren eigenen Weg zu gehen, eigene Erfahrungen zu machen und auch Gefahr zu laufen, zu scheitern, aber auch aufzustehen, wieder zu gehen und gleichzeitig wertvolle Lektionen fürs Leben zu lernen.

Diese Dynamiken innerhalb der Familieneinheit manifestieren sich von Anfang an und bleiben, da die Familienmitglieder sich ihrer nicht bewusst sind, über die Jahre fort, was die Dysfunktionalität der Familienmitglieder sowie ihrer Beziehungen erhöht und Probleme verursacht, wie z B. Drogen- und Alkoholsucht, die sich mit der Zeit nicht nur verschlimmern, sondern den Punkt ohne Wiederkehr erreichen und in einigen Fällen in eine Katastrophe führen.

Wut, Frustration, Unbehagen, Angst, Schmerz, Hilflosigkeit und Groll sind Gefühle, die in diesem Zusammenhang zum Ausdruck kommen und die Josie Magie selbst empfand.

Ausgestattet mit großem intellektuellen Scharfsinn, trotz der emotionalen Belastung, der sie ausgesetzt war, die beschriebenen Ereignisse in der ersten Person, die sie erlebt und einen hohen Preis dafür bezahlt, indem sie ihre eigenen emotionalen Leiden somatisiert hat, zeigt die Autorin eine große analytische Fähigkeit, detailliert zu beschreiben das Entstehen, die Manifestation und das Fortschreiten bestimmter aber auch mentaler und psychologischer Verhaltensdynamiken, die sie scheint, von klein auf beobachtet und verstanden zu haben.

Trotz der ergreifenden Natur des Romans ist er von einem Gefühl tiefer Familienliebe durchdrungen, das nie vergehen wird, und von einer subtilen Melancholie, da Josie sich des großen Potenzials bewusst ist, das in jedem Familienmitglied steckt, und das leider aus einem Grund oder ein anderer, nicht alle von ihnen in der Lage waren, sich im Leben zu identifizieren, auszudrücken und zu erfüllen.

Der Untertitel A Memoir Intended to Teach ist daher in erster Linie eine Einladung der Autorin an die Leser – Eltern und Kinder –, damit ihre eigenen Erfahrungen und das daraus resultierende Leiden als inspirierende warnende Warnung und Lebenslektion dienen können, um Gewissheit zu vermeiden Fehler zu machen und gewisse ungesunde und katastrophale Dynamiken auszulösen, sondern ein lebenswertes Leben in voller Harmonie mit seiner Natur, seinen Bedürfnissen und seinem Potenzial zu führen.

Ein sehr schöner und zugleich ergreifender Roman, den ich jedem empfehlen kann.
